My work exposes a few experiences being either a woman or simply a person in society and the hardships and insecurities we all face today. We are constantly being told what we can and cannot do and these works abruptly share harmful things being thought and said to lower someone to the ground. While each model is posed in a position of power, she is filled with words of hate. But past experiences and harsh commentary builds her character and her shape as she moves forward.
